ABOUT

I am a retired technical writer, now an active cabinet maker in Westborough, Massachusetts.  I started creating my own furniture out of desperation and a lack of funds.  For 30 years I worked full time in the office, then worked evenings and weekends in the shop.

Now retired from the office - but working full time in the shop - I work to create custom designed pieces for those folks that cannot find what they need at the mall.

I work in various styles, including Shaker, Asian, Mission (Arts and Crafts), Greek Revival, as well as my own unique designs.

While the woods used are mostly domestic (cherry, poplar, walnut and maple), tropical woods such as bubinga, massaranduba, rosewood and purpleheart have been used on many projects.
